Cancer is a disease in which cells start to divide abnormally. Following that, these uncontrollable cells turn into malignant tumours, where cells begin to migrate to distant sites. For instance, they spread to lymph nodes and other tissues. In severe cases, the tumour may spread throughout the body. Depending on the severity of cancer, it has been divided into four main stages: First Stage- Cancer has been diagnosed in a small area but hasn’t progressed yet. Second Stage- Cancer has grown up but hasn’t invaded yet. Third Stage - Cancer has grown in size. It might have spread to lymph nodes. Fourth Stage- Cancer has severely spread to other body parts and organs. With that said, cancer causes harsh pain to patients.
